ARG
The ARG pig is designed primarily for use with pigging valve systems but can also be applied in other pipeline pigging operations. Its cup and disc combination provides strong sealing performance while maintaining a compact overall length, making it suitable for efficient pigging valve applications.
PDP
The PDP pig is designed with twelve sealing discs, providing enhanced sealing performance and minimizing bypass for more efficient product displacement. Its design allows it to span full branch tees and navigate tight radius bends as small as 1.5 pipe diameters. The pig also features a specialized nose design for easier retrieval from pigging stations and is constructed from high grade abrasion and chemical resistant solid cast polyurethane material.
Optional configurations include different hardness levels, as well as customized sizes and dimensions to meet specific pipeline pigging requirements.
SWP
The SWP style was one of the earliest pigs developed for process pigging applications. Featuring eight sealing discs, it provides strong sealing performance that helps reduce bypass and improve product displacement efficiency. The pig is designed to span full branch tees and navigate tight radius bends as small as 1.5 pipe diameters.
It is manufactured from high grade abrasion and chemical resistant solid cast polyurethane material, with material options such as neoprene, viton, and EPDM available for different operating conditions.
