LC Light-Density Criss-Cross Foam Pig
Light density criss cross foam pigs are made from low density foam with a polyurethane elastomer coating applied in a criss cross pattern. They are designed for light duty wiping, batching, and product removal operations. Optional configurations include double dish or double nose designs, pulling ropes or cables, transmitter or pinger cavities, jetting bypass ports, magnets, and custom diameters or lengths to suit specific pipeline requirements.
Standard light density foam is typically rated at approximately 1.2 lbs/ft³, with other light density foam options available upon request.
