The BGC-2 batching pig is constructed with a carbon steel body and fitted with two easily replaceable polyurethane cups. Models ranging from 2″ to 8″ use a center rod configuration, while larger sizes from 10″ and above use a bolting pattern design. The pig can also be equipped with a gauging plate manufactured according to customer specifications.

Optional configurations include bodies made from carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum, with cups produced from neoprene, viton, EPDM, buna-N, or other elastomer materials for specialized service conditions. Additional options include aluminum or steel gauging plates of varying thickness, transmitter or pinger cavities, magnets for debris detection, and modified designs with discs to enhance sealing performance, as well as custom dimensions for specific pipeline applications.
